The bottle, which comes with 240 caps in it and it’s only 1 capsule per serving, was sealed well. It’s good to get a product that helps with healthy energy, has a supply good for 2/3 of a year and is a decent deal. I’m unsure if they’re GMP certified but, they’re 3rd party tested and they have a good looking, professional website and they’ve been going since the 1990’s.Cons: I hope they are GMP Certified and if they are, they should show it but otherwise, I’m happy with them.

I have read so much how important B vitamins are for dealing with stress and my life is stressful. However, whenever I purchase a mixture of the B vitamins, I always end up feeling dehydrated. I looked this up online and it says that the biggest culprit of the B Vitamins that turn pee yellow are Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), and then Vitamin B9 (folic acid), and Vitamin B12. So it is possible that my liver is working overtime expelling the extra mgs of these vitamins. I have not realized until lately that too much of a good thing with vitamins is actually deterimental.So, I chose this Vitamin B5. I have had none of the issues that I had described above.You take just 1 pill a day. I am sensitive to pill size and this is a nice, small/medium typical sized pill as you can see in the photo.It feels good in my stomach.I like that it comes with one of those caps so that you simply lift the top instead of having to screw it on and off.And the price is good for this amount so I am happy with this purchase,

I did a bit of research before getting this supplement and so far it seems to work as described in terms of my energy levels and sleep over all. I just take one pill a day with some water and I'm good to go! Still waiting to see if it help me with my acne though. But so far so good in terms of energy levels!

I have never tried a Pantothenic Acid B5 supplement , but after doing some research, I was interested mainly in it's potential to break down fats and carbs into energy. This supposedly makes burning fat a bit easier, so I was down to give it a try. So far, I've felt a bit more energetic than usual when I take this in the morning with a light breakfast. In terms of the breaking down fat component, I think it will be a more long term observation of how my body reacts. To create a baseline, I do regularly work out and so I do relatively know if it is my workouts having more of an effect or if this is potentially the new catalyst out of my current plateau. I'm excited, but only time will tell!

I like this is 500 mgs with 1 cap. That's what I currently use with my regimen. And with this having 240 caps that will certainly last me a long time. First though, I personally would like to see the third party lab results on this product to decide if I want to use this brand. Thats real important to me with all my supplements to insure quality and authenticity. This is also supposed to be non-gmo which is what I prefer. Mine came sealed properly and all caps look intact.
