Yum! I bought these as an alternative to Vitassium/Salt Stick, as the electrolyte content is similar and these are cheaper. They taste great, and definitely do their job! They taste the same as the Venture Pal electrolyte drink packets, which I personally love. They're fizzy, which is unexpected: they also foam up a bit in your mouth, but I like them! No complaints here, would definitely purchase again

I use these primarily for hiking and they are amazing! If I’m getting a good sweat going, or have a tough pull ahead, I pop some of these to prepare and I notice that they help. I went with these because they were a bit cheaper than some of the other options, and I’m thankful I did.I haven’t tried any other options, so I can’t compare, but I have no complaints whatsoever. Love the little packaging they come in - super handy for stowing away and easy to access.Love the flavors and that they fizz. I highly recommend these.

I love the flavor of these! Not odd or fake tasting at all. I like that they also fizzle a little bit when you put them in your mouth… reminded me of one of my favorite candy as a kid : ) I took one for a 3.5 mile run, and another one halfway into the run. It was 78 degrees and sunny, and I felt that these gave me a great boost to power through my run. Highly suggest you give them a try if you’re looking for tablets, these are my new favorite!

They’re convenient, just pop two, and you’re good to go. No mixing or waiting around. The variety pack offers a range of flavors, which is a nice touch. In terms of hydration, they did the job, but I’ve tried other electrolyte supplements that felt more effective and tasted better. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of flavor and overall experience. If you’re in a pinch and need a quick electrolyte fix, these could work. But if you’re particular about taste and ingredients, you might want to explore other options.

The flavor of these are out of this world. They are like chewing an alka seltzer, so fizzy! I am perpetually dehydrated and adding electrolytes to water was just not good enough because I just do not drink it. The concentration of these is less than if I added a whole packet of something to a bottle of water but it would take me 3 days to finish it and none of them taste remotely as good as these little tablets. I will never stop buying these. Try them! They’re not just for runners/athletes, us coffee/soda lovers need a boost too

We used this while we were travelling (a very hot country where you can easily get a heat stroke and its super important to stay hydrated). I am so so happy with this purchase because this really helped us retaining our electrolytes without drinking as much water and constantly having to go to the bathroom. All the flavors are great but strawberry and orange stood out.The bottle is well designed, you can easily keep it in your bag without adding any weight or bulk.Absolutely recommend!!
