These work! I have long very thick curly hair and needed something to help me deep condition on wash days. I put a disposable cap on and then put this over that for about 20-30 minutes. It traps heat in so the moisture locks in and also works like a shower cap so I can do whatever else in the shower I need to. Super convenient. Definitely recommend these

Looks silly, but definitely keeps the heat in for my hot oil treatments and is also water proof!
