This bar light works fine, offers a selection of steady or blinking options, seems to be well built and is plenty bright. Unfortunately, it's not suitable for my application.I live in the desert and field mice (aka Packrats) are an endless problem because they tend to gnaw on my car's wiring, which causes a lot of damage. The ONLY thing I've found effective at repelling them is blinking lights. I found solar string lights to work well, but tried this bar light on my new outdoor generator recently. I hooked it up to the battery and it worked well. The problem is that it was drawing down the small battery's voltage each night from 13v to about 11.5. Sheesh!! So, I'm going back to solar string lights instead. Just to be clear, though, this bar light is fine, works well and seems to be built well. It just drew a little too much power for my application.

I installed these lights on my daughter's truck. The back up lights were not adequate enough to do the job. The quality of the lights was good. The fit on the truck was great and the lights seem to be water tight. I attached them to the back up circuit and they were easy to install. I could have used more wire though. The brightness is good and I feel like they made backing up safer. It's money well spend.

I used it as a daytime running light. So far no LED segments have burned out which I can't say about other brands.

you get what you pay for. they worked just fine but were not nearly bright enough to see by mounted on the center rear bumper of my '03 Jeep TJ. they fogged over and stopped working within 6 months. checked the leads directly where they went into the light and had 12.7 VDC with the engine off, so it was the light, not the connection or leads.

I bought this product after buying a different light off of Ebay. I had to return the Ebay light as it was junk and it cost more money than this light. This light is excellent. I was shocked to find it is brighter than my stock Honda tail light, and not just a little bit brighter, a lot brighter. It has more LEDs than the stock light too, so it really shows up. It works great as a brake light and running light and I could not be more happy with the performance, especially when you consider the low cost.I have had this light for three years now on my motorcycle. It still works like new. I live near Seattle where it rains a lot and the water does not bother this light.

When I hit my brake lights if I don’t hold it for five seconds, or whatever it takes to go through the flashing. It will shut my tail light off until I hit the brakes again it will come back on if I just tap my brake pedal it will shut it off. If I tap it again it will turn it back on. If I hold the brake pedal until it goes through the process of flashing and then stays bright it will stay on . I like the design of the style. Just wish that they would come with running late and brake light. None of that other stupid flashing stuff
