I started having knee pain with inflammation for a month which gradually intensified making it unbearable to bend my knees, climbing stairs etc. I felt like my knees were going to give in. OTC pain meds like Aleve & Lidocaine cream was not providing any relief. I read about magnesium oil's benefits & ordered this brand while waiting to get doctor's appointment. Doctor prescribed meds for 2 weeks & referred me to an Orthopedic for further treatment. Once the meds were over my pain came back & I started applying magnesium oil spray & massaging it on my knees twice a day, applying cold compress in the evenings followed by Absorpine Lidocaine cream. All of this made a significant difference within couple of days by the end of the week I had more mobility & was able to bend my knees to 45 degree angle especially at night & it was a little easier to climb stairs. Went sightseeing & strolled for hours 2days in a row, my legs were extremely sore, but the magnesium oil, cold compress eased the pain. I was diagnosed with very early onset Osteoporosis & will be having therapy sessions to increase mobility. I do attribute my pain relief to the magnesium oil spray with pain relief. I decided to take my Statin every other day as they do affect joint pain.

The magnesium oil dries the bottoms of my feet out like crazy, but I am sleeping like a baby, so the trade off is worth it. It is not instant magic, as it takes a a couple of weeks off daily use for there to be enough magnesium in your system, but it works, so patience is needed. I now spray it on at night. Let it dry, Then, I coat my feet in Aquaphor or Bag Balm and wear socks to bed. Doing that quick process at night really helps. I get a great sleep and wake up with moisturized feet. It is a win-win!

This stuff is the best. I spray it on the bottom of my feet at night and rub it in. It really helps to relax you and allows for a great night sleep. I couldn’t give 5 stars because there was no warning that it would leave your feet dry and flaky despite adequate moisture. That’s not enough for me to say anything bad about it. If they labeled the bottom with this warning, you can decide if you want to deal with that. However since I have it, I will finish enjoying the bottle.

So it really helps. When I use it on my legs and feet for cramping up. If I catch them as they begin it stops the intensities and some times all together. If I use it before bed time I rarely have any muscle cramps, but you do have to give it a week or to of usage to really feel the difference. I can't guarantee how well it does for others but my son in law uses it and it works the same for him. Will buy again, and I like the Amazon brand the best.

I am a 41-year-old security guard. I walk for about 8 hours a day. I have an extremely high arch, and the middle of my feet feel sore, like I pulled a tendon. I have not, of course, but the ache still happens through out the day. Spraying this on my arches and socks before a shift has been a godsend. I have not felt that pain since then. As a side note, I have been sleeping better and not waking up throughout the night as well. Which magnesium has that effect. This is something I will never want to run out of!

I have used this oil multiple times already. I was skeptical at first, but it really does work! I spray on my legs and feet just before bed. My legs settle down (wrestles legs) and I don't have the cramps in my legs and feet like I used to in the night. I have noticed that I fall asleep quicker too.

I am giving 4 stars because I’m assuming the product is how it’s supposed to be.I would say however that I was spraying on the bottom of my feet every night before bed. Two weeks later my feet are SO dry and peeling and that they hurt. I don’t like spraying anywhere else because it stings. So for now this product isn’t for me.

Since the first day that I use it, I noticed the relief. It's really great. The only thing is the after feeling that is on the area, is not bad is just kind of sticky, but like the instructions said, "if you don't like the sensation, wait at least 10 to 15 minutes after you put it on and then rinse" that way at least the oil get absorbed and do the work. other than that, is great.
