So first off, yes it works. And it works very very well. I can NOT complete the 15 days because it's honestly painful and the constant bathroom breaks are unbelievable.It does get rid of bloating, and I feel like it helps with weight loss to kick start you. But it's annoying because you're literally a slave to the bathroom. I am a regular I don't really ever deal with constipation, my true motives are weight loss. And I feel like it really works to kick start your diet and help you remove all the unnecessary stuff so you can feel light and fresh.But the process is almost torture, at least for me it feels like torture. I hate this happening to me at work, several times an hour I had to run to the bathroom taking this at night like it says... I ended up counting down how many hours it took for me to become a slave to the toilet. For me it's 8hrs so I started counting down for the cramps to happen around the time I get home from work. But unfortunately it's never accurate to the countdown, and the constant bathroom breaks last for several hours I'll be up several hours at night. I always have to literally run to the bathroom. But the cramps are the worst! It's so paintful!!!!I started this 4x already and couldn't finish the 15 days but I have been taking notes to my experience. What I did notice is that if you eat healthy and drink a lot of water it's not as horrible. So it motivates me to eat clean and stay hydrated so I won't suffer. You guys may think I'm being dramatic but I swear this stuff is awful. I can't tell you how many times I almost cried, if it wasn't for my spouse in the other room saying "I told you so" to not take this because they make me go to the bathroom so often in a hurry, and Neenah i grunt in pain. My spouse wonders why I am torturing myself. I also wonder the same thing.. lolI know this is TMI, but it smells so bad too when I'm in the bathroom, that's another thing that sucks like at work I run to the other bathroom away from my office so I won't raise suspicion of leaving that awful smell behind lol!The reason I mention that is because it never smells that bad like me in general, and it makes me feel that all the "bad" stuff is getting flushed out, just like it advertises. So remember, don't trust your farts, maybe do yourself a favor and start it on a weekend when you don't work so you can test the waters and see if you can handle it, or if you're a big baby like me. When you wipe go easy on yourself lol cause friction you know. You'll be wiping so often you're going to given yourself a rash or make it feel like it's a rash! Buy some of the flushable wipes. And get ready for a 15 day trial of hell. I laughed when amazon asked me if I wanted to take a picture for my review, lol. Umm no thanks ill traumatized you guys with pictures.

A friend of mine took these for a few days and pooped 5lbs during that time! So I decided to try it, I took 2 last night about 2hrs before I went to bed. I noticed I had gas all night then in the morning I had some cramps. I started going to the bathroom about 1.5 hrs after waking up and Ive gone 3 full times since. It's been about 6 hours since I woke up and I've been getting cramps then they go away, cramps again and I have to go. I am not taking any more for a while! These are pretty powerful and I do not see how anyone could take them every day for 15 days 😵 they are great for a quick flush but make sure you have little to no plans !!

This WORKS! DO Not TAKE 2 AT A TIME! DONT DO IT TO YOUR SELF! TRUST ME. I took two and it was the work stomach pain ever. I was on the toilet 6 hours later sweating water falls. At some point between the floor and toilet, I lost about 5pounds. The second time, I took one and it was bad but not bad as the first time. If you take this I suggest take some kind of pain meds shortly after. It's recommended to drink 10 oz of water, i did 16oz. You do feel lighter which is good. Something else to keep in mind, the first put it the worst two and 3 is bad . 2and 3 might come a few hours later after your first 20-30 minute session on the toilet. Your stomach pain will ease up. I did not take it for 30 days because I felt like if I did i was going to lose about 50 pounds and I can't afford that. If you go poop regular, it probably won't take that long to go. I take mine twice a week until I run out. If you eat a nice helping of green veggies a few days before taking this it won't be so bad. Will i buy again....... ask me tomorrow.

This will have you in the toilet all day, I recommend starting this when you’re off for a few days I started this during spring break I made a mental note of when it kicks in, how long do I have from when my stomach starts feeling like I needed to go and when I really had to go which was about 5-8 min after that you better be on the toilet or be ready to squat somewhere lol I went about 4-6 times a day the pill started working a day and a half after taking it I would recommend taking advantage of this pill with a diet so that you can loose weight as well I didn’t do that but I still felt less bloated and I felt skinny but not according to the scale, maybe lost about a pound or two. Didn’t use it for the whole 15 days only for about 6 days because I didn’t want to be in the toilet all day at work but I do recommend especially for those that work from home or have easy access to the bathroom

After reading other reviews, i decided to take just 1. Took at 930p with 16oz water. By 1040 i could feel it working, stomach rumbling a bit. Woke up once to urinate, no urge to poo. Woke up at 430 am felt urge, had time to make it to bathroom. Had a goo bm. Went back to bed. No other side effects as of yet. Will add to review if any additional information as day goes on.Update. had another BM about 0830 am. Good to go after that.

So I been using it for two nights in a row and the first night I took it I took two and the gas came but I wasn’t hurting or my stomach was rumbling like it normally be when I take laxatives and the the second night the gas was to much to take and my stomach was hurting just a little bit I recommend you take two pills if you are very constipated and one of you have took a bowel movement it 2-3 days
