This is an overall very good tattoo pen. Like someone else mentioned, you have to make sure you push the battery in all the way- the won't move if you've got it right. Low vibration, fairly quiet. Size is great, perfect for my hand. It's great that it comes with an RCA adapter. Batteries have long life.

I bought 2 units, one works really well, the other one sounds like its grinding,. Even after putting some lubricating grease on the moving gear inside, still sounds bad. Also, mine have started to change color. As bought they were a rose gold color but soon after use with the coban wrap around them for grip and keeping them clean during use, my machines have been turning silver. This doesn't take away from the performance, but is a worthy notice. The batteries seem to charge up fairly quickly and last quite a long time if you chose a middle speed setting. The connection to the machine at the battery also feels very solid which is good, other types/brands have cheaper fittings.

Need I say more from the title? It’s an amazing device and the capabilities it has is crazy. You can either use it portably or hooked up to a power supply. Also it’s tremendously more quiet than a lot of other devices I had. Hand grip is a bit big especially if you wrap it up for a better grip. So if you have large hands (like myself) it’s pretty comfortable!

I was hesitant to purchase this not knowing about the brand, but it was such a great deal, especially with 2 batteries! I bought it in November and recently pulled it out to try it again in April, but one of the batteries didn't work. I reached out through Amazon and they offered to replace it immediately! They even shipped it quickly. I'm impressed with their customer service and the machine works good too.

It came well package. I thought it would come with decals but it's ok. Will honestly recommend this kit as an upcoming tattoo artist in the era of wireless tattooing. Easy to manage, sanitize. Amazing quality. The only con is that it didn't came with decals. Would recommend.UPDATE: THE FIRST TIME USING IT THE TATTOO ITSELF CAME OUT SUPERB. BUT WHERE YOU CONNECT THE BATTERY ON THE MACHINE THE INSIDE OF THAT PART COMES OUT WITH IT. (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS) MAYBE ITS JUST THIS PARTICULAR MACHINE THAT CAME DEFECTED BUT THE MACHINE IS GREAT AND WOULD RECOMMEND.

I have done quite a few tats with this product and I love it. It was recommended to me by a friend, so I was like why not and it works so well. The battery packs last for hours and it’s just a perfect fit in my hand. Recommended!!

The media could not be loaded. I have honestly loved this machine! The rechargeable batteries have held up super well. It’s pretty light weight and a great size. Obviously I am not a professional, but for someone who is looking for a decently priced machine to start learning on, I would recommend this one!
