My husband and I have added this to our coffee every morning for at least a year. I actually prefer the flavor of my coffee with it! It helps so much with brain fog, focus and attention. Healthy was to get the nutrients you need. Last a long time. Just need a small scoop a day. Definitely notice a positive change in memory. Taste is pretty plain. Little earthy but being as picky and particular that I am, I like it!!!

Rustic flavors of ..... mu as shrooms, these i add cacao and drink as a hot coco, with a little date sugar, honey, and creamer. Seems intentionally beneficial.

Put it in your coffee! Or even a capsule, because I don’t love the taste. But, we LOVE the results, and it’s not made for FLAVOR 😅

What does it taste like?It does NOT taste of mushrooms. If i were to try to describe the flavour, i would say that it is an earthy, woodsy, with slight notes of dirt. In other words it will not offset or overcast the flavours of anything that you mix it with. For those who associate flavours with colours, i'd say tat it tastes like a dark brown, but not as dark as coffee brown.It mixes well in liquids, without feeling gritty in the mouth, & does not settle out very quickly. So it doesn't constantly need to be re-mixed.

Have been taking this supplement for a little over two years and will definitely continue adding it to my shakes.
