Paid $38 to blow the up at party city! One of the numbers had a hole on it!!!! Waste of money.

Bad balloons
The banner was the only good thing in the package, everything else was fairly cheap. One number balloon had a hole and that’s the main reason why I bought the set so it was useless to me.
