I ordered the IVORY colored Queen size. I did not even have to take it out of the plastic bag in order to see it would not be the right tone of IVORY color. It is quite a lovely blanket & I would most likely have been very satisfied had it been a true IVORY color. The color had a lemon tone to it & it just did not match up to my other bedroom IVORY colored items.

My size: King. The diamond design is woven into the fabric. It is a single layer, not 2+ layers quilted together. Definitely recommend to wash / dry it immediately to remove the wrinkles, fluff it up a bit and to shrink it some. When I first tried it on my bed, it was so large it was unwieldy. I was much happier after washing it, and next wash I may use hotter water to try to shrink it even more. The distance from head board to foot is still so long I have to double it over, like the way we made beds 50 years ago. Because of the weight and mass, once it starts to go crooked it can easily get very lopsided. It is not what I would call lightweight, soft or fluffy. Almost like a single layer weighted blanket, but some people like that feel. The 2 shams are envelope-pocket style, shown in picture. The color is pleasing. Last pic shows finished product (with 5 extra throw pillows, bed skirt and white comforter).

Unlike so many other bedspreads, this one is perfectly sized for a deep mattress on a queen bed. Drapes nicely and hits the floor. The material is light, making it perfect for summer. It comes with two shams, too. Pricing is right. This was exactly what I have been searching for.

I bought two of these spreads in grey for a pair of twin beds in our guest room.What's included:The twin size comes with one standard size pillow sham. The edges of the pillow sham are not "stiff" but in my opinion they are not "floppy" either.Look and Feel:The spreads have a soft, smooth hand and are very attractive. I do not understand why some reviews say that it has a "polyester" feel. There is nothing scratchy about the fabric and after having slept under it one night I can say that it is very "breathable". In fact, that is one reason I got cotton bedspreads rather than a comforter set; they are more comfortable. It just feels nice and not too heavy. I would compare it to the weight of a blanket.I have had other "matelasse" spreads that are not nearly as soft. This one is very nicely “quilted” or “cushioned" as the French definition of the word "matelasse" indicates. The woven fabric has a diamond weave in the cloth that is actually softer (my opinion) than many quilted fabrics that require more care and maintenance. The stitching of a quilt can be fragile often coming loose in the wash making machine washable and dry-able cotton matelasse the best option for me and I expect the feel of the cotton to get softer with each wash.Thickness and weight:It is thick enough so that minor sheet wrinkles should not show which is important to me. It is not as forgiving of bed-making errors as a comforter but still easy to use. I don't have time to spend on making sure you can bounce a quarter or that the hospital corners are razor sharp but I do want a neat, tidy looking bed that doesn't take hours to make and this works.Perfect Size:The spreads amply cover our the pillow top mattresses that have foam toppers. There is very little odor straight out of the package so you probably don't have to wash them at all. You might just hang them outside to air for an afternoon to freshen them before putting them on the bed but I am ticky and washed them.Shrinkage: I washed in cold water and dried on "fluff" setting and the shrinkage was less than one inch per side. The shrinkage is what you would expect with any 100% cotton piece. Please note that this is a bedspread that is long enough to cover the bed pillows. Some reviews have said it is "huge" but I think that the reviewer(s) may have tried to make the spread work like a comforter which would make it drag the floor on both sides and the foot of the bed.Styling:I would call the style "classic". I paired the spreads with 100% cotton blankets that were very close to the same color and added a white hotel pillow sham with grey satin stitching (that I already had on hand) and am thrilled with how they all look together even if the blankets (check out my photos and review on  the blankets I paired with the spreads ) fall short of the softness of the spreads.Bottom Line:I would definitely recommend this set to a friend.

This is a nice bedspread. Fabric is good and and soft enough. Color (sage) is true.The king is huge.In fact it was so big I thought about sending it back for a queen but I decided to wash it as I thought it would probably shrink a lot because it's cotton.It did!Almost a foot and is the perfect size now.So be warned if it's perfect when you first open the package it won't be once you wash it.The other thing that has been mentioned in other reviews and should be emphasized is the amount of lint you will get when you put it in the dryer.Lots of lint. And I mean a LOT! Quite a lot and as someone else mentioned it could be a huge dryer fire hazard if you dried this thing and didn't pay attention.I cleaned the vent about every 10 minutes. And each time it was VERY full. By the time it was fully dry the lint filter was better and I suspect after another wash and dry the problem will be taken care of.But be careful.Clean the dryer vent often.

Bought this for my 99 year old mother who really wanted a bedspread. This was stated on Amazon as a bedspread but it’s really a comforter. Comes with a matching pillow sham. Because it’s oversized it almost works as a bedspread. Just be aware if you don’t want to see under the bed, you will need a bed skirt. Nice, simple design.

The packaging and online description said the pillow sham fits a standard size 20x26. Instead I received a sham for a European size pillow. Of course, much too large for a 20x26 pillow, so in this case unusable. The bedspread is as described.

El edredón es si es muy cómodo, delgado y suave (Justo lo que buscaba).Como puntos a considerar:Viene bastante grande ( Independientemente de la talla).suelta algo de pelusa en sus primeras la lavadas.

Es un buen producto. No es muy caliente ni tan gruesa pero si tiene cuerpo y se ve muy bien.

Als ich es bestellt habe, dachte ich dass das Muster den Stoff relativ hochwertig wirken lassen wird, da ich ein ähnliches Muster mit einer Tagesdecke hab aber es sah nicht ansatzweise gut oder qualitativ aus einfach nur billig schade.
