Omg! I love this. Just had breast reduction surgery and these helped so much with the pain I’ve been having afterwards. You can heat them up, you can cool them off. Hell after a good sanitizer when you don’t need them on your breast again, use them in a cooler for your breast milk.

This product helped me a lot with engorgement. My breast was very engorged and painful. I was putting some wet warm clothes on it but it was dripping all over. I bought these pads and helped me a lot. I put them warm and helps with the milk flow. I really like them! I'm going to buy them as a present for any of my new moms friends. It is a life saver.

It is soo hot in Texas, that 90° in the shade is a cool front, HA! Sick of boob sweats, and under bra irritations. Was considering 4x price option, these are good quality, happy with purchase so far. Just got these today, put in freezer for couple hours and now using as those cutlets lol, such a relief, and a boost. Using without cover, in my house. I will use cover when going in public, maybe. My package was sealed and no English problems, also included little instruction booklet. I don't think I will ever use heat, but I would never microwave more than 20sec at a time, might even submerge in water, or wrap in towel sitting on micro safe plate, then put in cover. Or do their stovetop option. I'm keeping mine in fridge or freezer, for rest of summer or longer. LUV these.

I have been using these for about two weeks now, and this morning, one of them busted open to the point I cannot repair it. I have been freezing them for engorgement relief. They work wonderfully, and I will be ordering more of a similar product. I was disappointed to have one bust so quickly after purchase though.

Perfect for those days you feel tender (before OR after baby!) I only wish the covers were made of a cotton or something you could also microwave, it takes too long to get the packs back in the sleeve - especially if you're trying to be quick so you can get on to pumping.

I was unable to breastfeed as I had hoped and unable to send these back as they cannot be returned. I did not use them for breasts but they are great for knees, kids boo boos, and headaches!

Don’t waste your money. First off, the box is printed with the poorest English I’ve ever seen. They are marketed as cold and hot packs but include no directions or information on how to heat them (ie microwave times, etc.)When frozen, they are rock solid and not flexible like other gel packs. This makes it impossible and a little painful to apply to an already sore breast. Forget about getting the cover on them unless you did that before freezing. I didn’t because i didn’t want the fabric to smell like a freezer...For the first two uses, the chemical/plastic smell of the product is overwhelming.Lastly, they are too small.Edit: opened at the seam and the gel beads started to ooze out (I say ooze because they easily smushed with daily use- no longer beads). I’d make this less than 1 star if possible
