Bought as a gift for an EMT friend
I purchased this as a gift for a friend who’s worked as an EMT and firefighter over the years. At first I was concerned it wasn’t going to be large enough, but it has plenty of room. Multiple pockets that expand as well as zippered compartments made it easy to load up with plenty of room left over. The clear zippered pouches that Velcro to the lid are perfect for smaller frequently used items. There’s also tons of elastic loops on the outer pockets for pens or pen lights and things like that. Even had room for a burn blanket.Got it for them to use on the boat so the Coast guard can find it with no problem.

Had to be designed by a trauma doc!
Excellent quality. Many pockets just the right size. Holds everything for my Level 4 Trauma Kit. Highly recommended.

Great amount of space for a first-in bag (video review will come soon enough)
FF/EMT, so I am well versed in what a standard first in bag carries. This has ample space for all your basic first in needsFront of bag has 2 small zippered pockets, one has a bunch of the elastic loops, would work great to hold medications vials, tweezers, pen/pen light, etc. Second inner pocket has 3 small pouches (each about the size of an adult BVM mask). Back side is very similar but with one zippered pocket, once again lined with elastic loops, perfect size to put NPA/OPAs inside. There two zippered side pouches are large enough to fit a pedi-BVM inside (or possibly just a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope if you choose)Inside is where it shines. Massive for the price. Bottom of the lid has the 3 detachable/zippered clear windowed pouches, sizing would hold roughly 2-3 aspirin bottles comfortably) Main pouch, it has a soft/firm partition that holds Velcro to the inside to make it easier to separate what you're carrying. I was able to easily hold three soft splints, ample of all gauze sizes, trauma dressings, tourniquets, sterile water, ice packs, CPR mask.Too much to write, will probably do an actual video review soon/pictures.

Really well made, really big.
This is very sturdy well made bag. I didn’t realize how big it would be, about the size of a carry on bag. The dimensions are given but sometimes its hard to look at numbers and picture the actual size. Luckily my wife wants it to use for a medical bag for her horses so I ordered a Damero bag that’s about 10” shorter than this one.

Nice bag but...
This is a nice bag, and of considerable size. However, there is a section in the front that has elastic holders for very small items, such as you see in the photo, a penlight flashlight. Perhaps you could also hold other such small items such as drug vials. However, being a non-professional I have little use for so many small holders. I would have preferred a more versatile selection of holder straps. Other than that, it holds a lot and is fairly flexible in what items you can store in it.

Lots and lots of features
The media could not be loaded. So first off, this bag is huge, and has so many pockets and straps, and even customization of pockets, so you can organize this thing in tons of ways so to be ready for an emergency. I honestly don't think I even know where to start with organizing it. Did I already mention that it's huge? This thing holds more supplies than I would even know what to do with. It has reflective coverings on it as well, and some rubber grips on the bottom I forgot to mention in my video. It easily fits into the trunk of my car. I am not an emergency medical expert, but I can recommend this to anyone that really wants to be organized, whether it's for medical reasons or even if you're a mom bringing snacks for your kids.

Great bag!
Very happy. I’m a medical person in a rural location and don’t want anything bad to happen even if we have to wait for 911 for a few minutes. So- I fully stocked mine with bandaids in every pouch, bp cuffs, Stethoscope, thermometer, o2sat, cpr stuff, ambu bags, Bandages, cold packs, betadine, you name it! Now when someone gets injured I just tell a family member to go grab the aid bad and then I have everything I need, even if I have to run to the neighbors house. Just having everything together in a bag everyone can find is fabulous. I should have gotten this 10 years ago. This would make a great wedding or new parent gift for your medical Boy Scout friend.
