As I recall the original blade said not to clean in dishwasher. Cleaning the blades by hand became cumbersome and so I started using the dishwasher. After a few weeks it became very loud (ears were ringing) and a brown liquid was leaking from the bottom. I presumed the seals on the bearings were compromised so when I saw this as dishwashers safe I thought I would go for it. After 2 weeks, the same scenario. I am using the second set of blades now and will see how long these last.

I purchased these to replace my original blades thatnhave gone dull. The replacement blades worked well, better design with a indent in order to remove the gasket easier. They perform as well as the original blades.Unfortunately the bearings are a lower quality, after 60 uses each both blades have begun to freeze up. I was able to free them up a few times, but they are extremely rough and loud.The blades on both are still fairly sharp, I have transferred the blades to my old original blades, and I'm back up for now.

By her husband. I bought a replacement that was NOT original manufacturer type. IT got noisy and leaked after a year. I searched for one made like original one. I'm happy with it. It is much quieter than the other was. It's not leaking.

I had a sense my NutriBullet was about to go out when I purchased this kit. It took a couple of months more, but it did stop engaging the blades. I put on one of the new bases et voila! Although it does not feel or appear as heavy-duty as the original, it grinds everything up just fine. I've been using it for about two weeks now. Very happy.

Perfect package complete with shock pads.I have read a few reviews here and would like to make one note regarding difficulty getting the gaskets in the shallow grove in the blade body.The two blades come with gaskets installed already, but it is hard to tell because it's the same color.I also made the mistake of trying to install the supplied gaskets onto the new blade body until I discovered there wasa gasket already installed.

these blades are running at a high RPM, and for some reason the seals to protect the bearings are not holding up, letting the liquid enter the bearings and burning the bearings up, the danger is, if not paying attention when the motor gets much resistance from bearings malfunctioning, you than will burnt the Magic Bullet motor up and make the whole unit useless/trash

I can use but it’s not that great like the original. You need to handle it with care or your smoothies will make a mess. I am using it but....

I only needed one of the little white rubber “studs”. Mine just fell out somehow along the way. Appliance would not turn on without it
