These pills did not help me at all. They left me with a sour stomach, constipation, and an awful burping situation. I took them on an empty stomach and truthfully thought I was going to throw up for the rest of the day. The next day I smartly ate breakfast but was starving all day- like hangover starving! Nothing would satisfy me. The next day I started noticing issues in the 💩 area that I never have had before- in that nothing was moving very fast. I typically drink 90 oz of water a day so I know I’m not dehydrated!I kept thinking it was just toxins leaving but after 10 days, I have gained weight, feel bloated, and still burping and hungry! I am taking a break from alcohol/1-2 glasses of wine 4 days a week, sometimes a few more on the weekend but nothing overly exciting.I also do not eat gluten and limit dairy in my diet. Overall this product gets 👎👎 from me and I think my liver will be just fine without it!
