Limited on choices and space
Due to space limitations and budgeting factors, we came upon this washing machine for the older home we rent. We needed ventless due to no outlet for a regular vent dryer and we really didn't want a giant unit due to the hook up location being very tight. This machine fit the space perfectly and serves its purpose (we've been without a machine for 2 years).I'll try to be brief with my cons regarding this machine:- timed dry: you can only pick from pre-selected times, you can not modify a time and there are pretty dramatic. More often than not the quickest one of :59 doesn't try even the small loads so you'll be stuck with the next step that involves the highest heat of 3:24- auto dry: you either accept the settings on this one or go choose your fate on timed dry, auto dry had a habit of not drying everything completely again for us- the book mentioned you can select an "easy iron" setting with your drying cycles to reduce ironing. That setting, from all our investigations, has been proven to be a lie- the manual is written an interesting version of the English language which can make it hard to understand sometimes- some of the cycle times are over estimated, when I set up the custom "my cycle" it states that it would take 5:21 and that didn't seem to include the dry time- you can't pause the dry cycle despite the pause button and the "add garment" button. You have to turn the entire machine off, which I'm sure isn't good, to stop the dry cycle.- the lint is heavily caught on the rubber gasket entrance, which you will need to clean every time before useOther than that, the noise is relatively quiet when certain settings are applied. Overall, the quality of the machine is less than and if we weren't in a desperate situation then we would've held out for a better machine. We will work around it, but for someone who just wants an all in one machine to do their laundry the way they would like and under 5 hours, invest in a different machine.

Drying instructions??
Satisfied with the item except, NO DRYING INSTRUCTIONS. What is the procedure to unlock and open the door and remove items that are not wanted to be completely dried? Is it possible to set wash cycle and dry cycle at the same time and walk away? Instructions included do not address many questions. Satisfied with the performance, just need better information that should be provided in the owners manual.

Bulky Items don't dry
We bought the Black and Decker version of this machine and it looks identical to the one pictured and my husband did buy it off of Amazon. The dimensions of the one we bought differed by 1/2 inch from the item description. This means that the unit does not fit in the "closet" that was designed for it in our RV with the doors closed. I always use the cycle that automatically comes on when you turn the machine on, which may be my mistake, but it is what it is. When I am washing only my clothes it washes and dries fine and I can usually put 3 days worth of normal laundry in the machine and it is at the recommended 3/4 full. If I add my husbands clothes, I can do no more than 2 days worth of normal laundry and, because he wears pants/shorts made out of blue jean material, the clothes do not dry all the way. Full bath towels also do not dry well in this machine. The other thing I really don't like is the way it treats the Lint. It says that the lint is supposed to wash away during the drying process, but most of ours ends up on the seal and does not come off. Somewhat disappointed in this machine.

Last pic is deceiving
Make sure you check the dimensions before ordering. It’s super small
