I recently purchased this at-home sauna, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. From the moment I unpacked it, I was impressed by the high-quality Natural Canadian Hemlock wood construction. Not only does it look beautiful, but it also serves as an excellent heat insulator. The tempered glass adds a reliable longevity.The far infrared spa benefits are simply amazing. I've noticed a significant improvement and its also helped alleviate some joint pain and muscle soreness. The entertainment system is equipped with two good quality speakers, allowing me to relax with my favorite music or shows while enjoying the sauna. The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless and hassle-free. I even connected it to my TV which I view through the front window to get sports and news audio into the sauna (smart design).What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The support team was incredibly responsive and courteous throughout the entire process. They provided clear instructions for next steps and were always available to answer any questions I had. Plus, their 7-year after-sales service gives me peace of mind knowing I'm covered for years to come.The sauna's design is compact and efficient, making it perfect for any space. The 800W infrared carbon heating panels are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, providing consistent and adjustable heat. The automatic temperature adjustment and control system ensure a comfortable and customizable experience every time. And it feels much larger than it looks from the outside -- thanks to the front window and full panel glass door. Another benefit is that it heats up quickly too. in a 65 degree space, It got to 140 degrees in about 10 minutes.I highly recommend this at-home sauna to anyone looking for a high-quality, easy-to-use, efficient, space-saving and effective sauna experience. Two months in and not a criticism in sight! What an easy set up for this beautifully built and excellently priced structure. Just like almost everyone has reported, it arrived rapidly and well packaged... and Outexer CS is right on the ball. They are prompt with requested information and very cordial.My bedroom has just the right-sized nook and it fits perfectly. The features are solid: great speakers with instant blue tooth connectivity; good reading light; fast heat-up time and so far my 5 days a week for 40 minutes each hasn't jacked up the electricity bill noticeably. It's fantastic that it just plugs into a regular wall socket.Outexer infared saunas are comfortable but need a backrest for maximum comfort and relaxation, and OUTEXER has a well made wooden backrest which makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you've bought the sauna already, get in touch with Customer Service! If you are ordering it, ask them to tell you how to add one when you buy your sauna.... which should be now... since it's November and getting cold. This is the perfect House Holiday gift! This sauna is so great for the price. As others have said; it is compact. If you’re above 6’0 you may feel claustrophobic. Our door arrived damaged from the carrier and the seller had another one sent out to us within 24 hours. It was so easy to set up (20 minutes max) and took 10-15 minutes to get up to temp. The speakers work great and Bluetooth connection was easy.

This sauna does the job. It takes about 10 minutes to get the temperature however, once you get there, it does a great job of staying at set temperature. The build quality of the sauna is very good. It was not hard to put together, I did it by myself and it took me about 20 minutes. I have this in my basement and I use it generally after my workout’s. It really helps with my recovery. Sometimes I use it on my non-workout days just get a sweat in because it’s that good. This is my first sauna and I think I will be hooked. We opted for an infrared sauna because we wanted something that would not get moldy,I’ve had this for two months and I use it nearly every day if not every other day. I also purchased the back rest although I did not need it, It’s a nice have as my wife makes full use of it. This unit makes no noise and after 2 months it still has a wood smell, although not overbearing, we don’t mind it at all. This sauna is a great value for the money as it was competitively priced compared to the others I saw while I was shopping and it is heavy and feels very sturdy.

It was shipped quickly, easy to assemble and heats super fast!I carried the 5 pieces separately down the stairs and assembled by myself within 15 minutes. It was easy to hook the light wiring to each attachment and the seat is absolutely solid. The foot heat works and the heat panels in the 3 sides heat very quickly. I have a LED multi color light string I use instead of the white light installed, just because i like the change of colors. Bluetooth hooked seamlessly so I listen to music, podcasts or audio books while I bake.I usually spend 30 minutes at 140 in the sauna and am dripping by 20 minutes in. I looked at a lot of these saunas and glad I chose this 1. I'm 5'6" and fit inside very comfortably. I can even sit sideways on the seat with my feet up instead of having to 'just sit'. I do put a towel on the seat to soak up the sweat and give the seat all little cushion. I don't recommend leaning back against the slats covering the heat panels as they get pretty hot at 140. I may bring 1 of the backrest from my outside sauna at the cabin to use here to make leaning back more comfortable.I have been using this for a couple months and definitely recommend it.
