Recommended by our ENT doctor to help with some hearing issues. Seems to work some, but will need to take it for a while before knowing if it will work good or not.

Best Magnesium supplement. Highly recommended as he all need more magnesium in our systems.

I have been using this for about a year. It's been a game changer when it comes to sleep. It also helps relieve cramping and anxiety. I highly recommend this brand and this product. My pcp recommended it and I was sceptical at first... Now I am a firm believer.

I’m loyal to this brand and so happy to see they are now selling on Amazon.I’ve never had issues with any of their products, quite the opposite honestly. I’ve used many of their products that work so well for me only to have to have to find a sub par replacement when it gets discontinued so with that, I hesitate in starting any new products with them because of that. I started this because of migraines for the last 9 months and in hopes of getting some relief I started this, I wasn’t able to take this long enough to notice a difference because it gave me a headache ( different than what’s normal for me) I took it before bed and about an hr afterward my head would start to ache and then it would be there when I woke up. I tried this for about 4 nights to see if it was something else or if my body would get used to it but it just didn’t. I really wanted to love this product like all the others but I can’t. Regardless, it’s a good clean product and I’d recommended this brand always.
