Drapolene is a protective, antiseptic cream that cools and soothes soreness and irritation, while preventing infection. It is suitable for the prevention and treatment of urinary ammonia dermatitis (urinary rash), particularly infant nappy rash, and for the treatment of minor wounds and injuries.

Excellent! The best multi use skin protection product on the market.
I have used this product for over 33 years. Excellent for nappy rash, Rosacea, Eczema and particularly brilliant for treating prickly heat and sun burn. Can't recommend this product enough. It's a pity it's so difficult to buy on the high street now, used to be sold at all good chemists and super markets.

Beware of Duplicate product
We’ve been using this for our son since his birth. I ordered pack of 3 and he started got rashes . So when we tried to see what went wrong even after using the same product, we found that the texture and colour of this product is not same as before. After using the one we got from the pharmacy it all got cleared which means this product is faulty. Bought them for nearly £22 and all gone .

Used it for years
Can't seem to find tubes or tubs in any chemist or baby sections of supermarkets, been looking for ages. Delighted to be able to purchase 3 massive pots on line, will last for ages. Excellent product.

Best product for nappy rash on the market
Due to sensitive skin this product has been used successfully for 3 generations to treat nappy rash, Tec.my son calls it magic cream. Delighted with product.works every time.

Wouldn't be without it!!
What can I say? I have loved this stuff and have used it for 50 years. Instant relief when you use it . A bonus in the large tubs as they aren't ready available in the high street shops. Initially purchased it for nappy rash for my children, but relieves most skin irritations .
