Smells horrible
I never bought a gelatine smell SO BAD. I was gonna make a very strong flavoured coffee jelly, even just put tiny amount of gelatine that barely form the jelly, I can still smell and taste the horrible smell from it.

Ottima gelatina
Ultimamente preferisco usare la gelatina in polvere perché la trovo più comoda da dosare rispetto ai fogli. Questa della Funcakes è anche bovina, a differenza di altre che sono a base di suino, e francamente la preferisco. Ovviamente è diverso il modo di utilizzo, rispetto, ai fogli, ma comunque va sempre messa in acqua fredda, lasciata "espandere" e quindi messa a scaldare in un po' di liquido fino a scioglimento. L'ho già acquistata varie volte e mi trovo sempre bene.
