After a couple of years of daily use, it still looks almost new with just a few threads sticking out, but nothing major. The grey fabric cover hides stains really well, which is a big plus for me.Although it doesn’t have a pen holder, I’ve never lost my pen, and the built-in magnets keep everything secure. I got the Ayotu Case for my Remarkable 2 tablet about 2 months ago, and it's been awesome. The case is super thin and light, so it doesn't make my tablet bulky or heavy. It's tough, too, which means I don't worry about dropping it or getting it scratched up.The case feels really nice to hold because of the fabric on it. It's soft but also makes sure I don't drop my tablet because I can grip it well. Plus, the color of the case is really bright and looks great, making my tablet look cool. Remarkable 2 is white and gray tablet, matching the case color. See the photos.What I really love about this case are the magnets in it. They snap the case right onto my tablet and keep it closed tight when I'm not using it. I don't have to mess around trying to keep it shut, which is super handy.All in all, this case is great. It's not just about keeping my tablet safe; it also makes it look good and is easy to use. I'd definitely give it five stars! Oh, and the price compared to case from remarkable, say no more!!

Love the soft almost velvet feeling finish. Front and back are rigid and protects my Remarkable 2 very well.Attachs via magnets so super easy to snap into place.Only small gripe is that it doubles the weight of the Remarkable 2 when attached. But I can live with it. Just be aware for anyone who is looking for a ultra light weight cover. This is not it.But I do recommend this cover. I like it a lot. Very Good value for money.

This is a really nice case. It's about double the price of other Remarkable 2 cases, but it's made very well and has a couple of features that the cheaper cases don't have. One of them is the long magnet that's located in the spine of the case that attaches to the magnet on the Remarkable 2 itself. I was surprised to see how well these magnets bind to each other, holding the Remarkable 2 securely in place inside the case.Another feature that assists the magnet in holding the Remarkable 2 securely inside the case, are the 4 divots located on the rear, inside of the case. These divots are made to accept the small rubber feet on the back of the Remarkable 2 which in addition to the magnet, helps to keep the tablet secure inside the case.The inside of the case is has a soft finish to help prevent the Remarkable 2 screen from being scratched. The outside of the case is textured.Really, the only thing missing from this case is a stylus/pen holder. However, I purchased one of these made for an Apple pen and attached it to this case and it's working out perfectly.IMO... this case is well worth the extra money. The cheaper cases do not have the magnet to hold the device in place. Most of them have an adhesive patch for this function. But eventually, the adhesive will likely dry up.

Great case, especially compared to the very expensive Remarkable leather case. I happen to have one of the leather covers since my work paid for it and it is very nice. However, I wanted a different feel and color and this was cheap enough, so I tried it. Glad I did. The feel is much softer, and I like the gray color more than the black or brown (I've tried both - again, work supplied). It's not nearly the quality as the factory version, but it is a fraction of the price too. It is harder to close than the factory case, the magnets seem to hold the two sides together more firmly, but it's not a big issue. Also, the edges extend a little further out so the tablet and pen are slightly better protected. Bottom line, this is the case I use, and I'm pleased with it. Even if it wears out faster, it is cheap enough to just get another one and it's still cheaper than the Remarkable leather cover.
