It was dropped off at my gate at dark and I didn’t walk down to get it until morning, well apparently it smelled pretty good. A raccoon picked up the package for me. Took it into the woods and opened it. Apparently its flavor wasn’t to the raccoon’s liking, because most of it was left in a pile. But given the purple footprints and dust everywhere it appeared to have worked fine. I am now imagining a bluish purple raccoon with a purple mouth wandering my neighborhood. Lucky for the raccoon it will washes off fine.

It definitely has a distinct flavor, I mixed it with pink lemonade to test it out and it made this pretty color and also added some flavor to the lemonade. Looking forward to adding it onto some icing next time! Im sure the color will be beautiful.

I love matcha tea latte, so I decided to try this one. I liked the flavor and the color it amazing! It’s really fun, especially if to change it with some lemon juice. I would not drink it every day, like I do with matcha tea, but it’s good to have it once in a while.

My almost 3 year old wants a blue cake and I like to do things as naturally as possible. I added a tbsp to the liquid for a cake mix before mixing it into a gf vanilla cake mix. I read to be weary of egg replacer with this flower or anything that changes the pH too much. It was slightly teal, but it got my kids' approval.

I was thrilled to learn about this and it's great health benefits and to find something that I could use to make fun drinks for myself and my children and something we could use to naturally color things like frosting. It mixes fine with hot water, the color is beautiful, but it tastes like peas, which we were not expecting. So my latte tastes like I am drinking a bunch of mashed peas.

It's ok in small quantities, but a tablespoon in a glass of raw milk - too much, ended up dumping it! I would return it if I could, but it is not a returnable item, so be forewarned. I'm sure it has nutritional value, which is why I bought it, but sad that it isn't that palatable. Again, small quantities is the answer.
