They are OK
Update: The company has been great in addressing my concerns, and even sent me another one to hopefully address the connection issues. For this reason I have moved it from 3-4 stars, since the customer support seems to be pretty stellar. The box was a very nice experience. Although it could use some higher-end graphic design, and more engaging wording, it definitely was not offensive to the eyes. What I liked most about the box was how easy it was to open. The headphones case was stored in a manner that I new they were protected in shipment. There wasn’t anything frivolous in the box. Just the headphones, case, power cable, ear canal adapters, and the manual. The headphones case seemed to be built pretty solid. I was immediately turned off to the charging port. These headphones claim to be water resistant, but the case has no gasket for the charging port! I would never want to bring my headphones to a wet activity if I knew I would risk ruining the case. The cases latch system was pretty cheap. While most headphones like this have magnetic closures for their cases, this one uses the old plastic on plastic snap feature. If you don’t have fingernails you might be hard pressed getting it open. The lid to the case is a blessing and a curse. It is a blessing that it opens just enough so as to not hit the charging port in the back. The curse is that it only opens so far. Unless I am tilting it back I find the lid will fall closed while I am taking out or putting back my headphones. When I first took the headphones out I was expecting to experience a similar situation with another lie of headphones I reviewed. I was expecting them to go into instant pairing mode and to be able to add them right away on my phone. When I put them on it sounded like they were going into pairing, but I didn’t see them on my phone. I noticed there was a cover on the charge ports for the headphones. I removed those, places the pods back in the case, removed them again, and then I could see the device on my phones. Simple, right? Not exactly. Every time I selected the device it would say, “pairing failed”. I had to turn off each one, turn them back on, put them in pairing mode, and then they connected.I tried a call without telling the person on the other end I was using headphones. They kept asking me if I was talking. Once I began talking loudly they said they could barely hear me. I could hold a conversation, but I had to be loud when speaking. It also dropped the connection a couple of times and went back to the ear piece, so I had to select headphones again to keep talking. The audio quality? Ok. It was like listening to hold music on a telephone. I did try some bass songs, and there does seem to be a little bass, but I think the biggest issue is lack of range. There is not enough of the audible spectrum coming through the speakers to be any good. Very lackluster, to the point where I preferred not using them.As for fit, they are ok. Asking around I felt them come loose a couple of times. I had to keep readjusting. Leaving them in for a while isn’t too bad. They don’t look too bad when worn, which is nice.Trying to use Siri was a joke. Siri would come on and then right back off. Pausing a song or changing tracks worked well, and was pretty straightforward.I liked that the charging cable was on the back of the case so the case can stand up while charging. But I was surprised that this didn’t have wireless charging. Even no name headphone charging cases have that now. I feel that was a big oversight. The headphones themselves tell you which is left and which is right...if you have a magnifying glass. Too small to read. When I try to take out one pod I hit the other one. They rest in the cases angled inward to each other, so it is hard to move one without it rubbing up against the other.I haven’t had a chance to test fill battery power, but (from what I have experienced so far) the battery holds up super well. Haven’t tested the waterproofing, so I hope that is as good as advertised.Overall I would say these are bad. But I find very little good with them.I reached out to the company regarding the shortcomings I found with the product, and they promised to have the makers look into it.Note - I was provided these headphones for free for my review. That being said, I always make sure to provide honest feedback.

Great pair of totally wireless earbuds. Comparable or better to others 5 times the price.
Background:First off, I'm a software trainer/techie with a military intelligence background in signals intelligence. So, I spent a career with headphones on way before bluetooth even existed. So, while I'm not an expert or audiophile, when it comes to headphones and bluetooth, this ain't my first rodeo. I've used and owned a multitude of wired and wireless bluetooth monaural headsets and bluetooth stereo headphones in every variety imaginable (over the ear, on ear, in ear, with ear loops, minus ear loops, neckband, etc.) and from a variety of brands (Plantronics, Sony, LG, Sennheiser, Bose, Apple, Beats, Aukey, Anker, Bluedio, et al).Two years ago, I took a job in Arlington, Virginia and bought a home in Northern Virginia (23 miles from Arlington). So, my commute to/from the office includes a combination of VRE (commuter train) and DC Metro train (think subway). It was this time that I transitioned from bluetooth headset dealing mostly with phone calls to bluetooth headphones dealing mostly with audio/media. I listen to news and music and also stream TV/video during my commute. So, decent audio is paramount. I'll also add that I fly from the DC area to the Southwest and Northwest one or more times per month. So, I also download and stream video (Netflix and Amazon Prime Video); as well as, connect my cellphone to in-flight WIFI to watch live TV/movies during my flights. It is with this background and my personal requirements that I'm evaluating this pair of totally wireless earbuds.Connection:The connection between the Lasuney T30V earbuds and my OnePlus 7 Pro cellphone (Android) was quick and easy. Upon unpacking the product, I had to remove the earbuds from the charging case and remove pieces of orange cellophane tape from the charging ports on the earbuds. Then, place them back in the charging case. When they were then removed from the charging case, they immediately went into pairing mode and when I put my cellphone into pairing mode, they were instantly discovered and I only had to accept the invitation to pair with the "Lusuney T30V" when it appeared on the cellphone. Pairing took less than a minute. Once paired, the earbuds turn off automatically when seated in the charging case and turn back on and reconnect automatically when removed from the charging case.Other totally wireless earbuds that I've tried haven't maintained an adequate connection unless you kept the earbuds close enough to my cellphone. As I'm commuting, I put my cellphone in a belt holster-style case Some of the earbuds would disconnect intermittently. Some would connect, but if I cupped my hands over my ears with the earbuds in my ear, it would interrupt the signal. Some would connect while at my desk but if I left my cellphone sitting on my desk and walked down the hall, around a corner, etc. the connection would become intermittent or not at all. The T30Vs are amazing in this regard. I purposely left my cellphone tucked in the center console pocket of our dual recliner in the family room streaming Pandora and walked throughout the house...upstairs and into the master bedroom - the furthest possible distance away from the cellphone within the house and no disconnection at all...hands cupped over my ears and no disconnection at all. In this department, the T30Vs have performed better than any bluetooth headset I have every owned.Sound Quality:Sound quality is on par with the Powerbeats 3 that I own with slightly less bass. Actually, the Powerbeats 3 are slightly over the top on bass. So, when I say slightly less bass, that's not a bad thing. The sound feels clear and crisp and replicates the actual audio quite well. In short, these earbuds sound great! Nothing bad to say about the sound quality at all. I'll also add that these earbuds have ample volume - even for air travel. Several reviews I read mentioned noise cancellation. I'm not sure what they're talking about. There is no active noise cancellation with these earbuds. Certainly, there is some passive noise cancellation...anytime you put anything in your ear, it is going to block out a certain amount of the surrounding sound. But I never seek a total seal anyway outside sound: 1) I want to hear my surroundings to some extent. I don't want to be in a crosswalk and not hear a police siren, etc. 2) When you create a total seal, air is trapped between the silicone tip and your ear drum and results in internal sound being amplified. I'm sure everybody who has used earbuds have experienced something like that when you put in earbuds and eat a potato chip or something and it sounds like you're actually crunching the chip inside your ear. I haven't experienced that with these earbuds but I have with others I've used. These earbuds come with three sizes of silicone ear tips and I'd suggest you experiment with the various sizes to find the perfect fit for you. Keep in mind that your left and right ear canal are not necessarily mirror images of each other. So, it may very well be that a combination of two different sizes fit best for some individuals.Call Quality:I find myself using my cellphone less and less for actual phone calls. However, for business (and calls from my wife), I still occasionally use my cellphone as a phone. Whenever I get a new headset or headphones that I'll be using with my cellphone, I always want to test out the call quality. The best way I've found to do that is to call my home office telephone (MagicJack) and leave myself a voice message. MagicJack immediately converts the message to MP3 format and sends it to me in email. So, within seconds I can actually hear what I sound like and don't have to rely on someone else telling me how I sound. To do this, I make several calls - from my office with little or no background noise; from my home office with TV on in the background at normal volume; from my truck (2016 Dodge Ram 1500) with radio on at normal volume. I also ensure that when I'm calling from these locations I end the call with at least 5 seconds of silence on my part so that I can hear exactly how much pure background noise is being captured. Obviously, the Lusuney T30V outgoing sound quality is not on par with a Plantronics Legend or Plantronics Edge headset that have great noise cancelling and boom microphones that extend closer to your mouth. But I was impressed with the outgoing sound quality of the T30V. It was loud and didn't sound muffled. It did pick up the TV/radio in the background, but in a natural way. It was still easy to understand what I was saying; and my voice was clearly "in front" of the background. As for incoming call quality. No problems at all - on calls that came in, I had no problem hearing and understanding the caller.Comfort:Of all the various bluetooth headphones I've used, I'd rate the comfort of wearing these right up there at the top. I should mention that I wear glasses. So, over the ear headphones or earbuds with earloops can grow uncomfortable after time because of the pressure they put on that presses my glasses into the side of my head. It is for that reason that I've been using mostly neckband earbuds (Anker SoundBuds Life) over others up to this point. I'll mention here, as a side, that I really like the SoundBuds Life. They have 20+ hours of listening time and decent sound, but the sound quality and call quality don't compare to the T30Vs...and they still aren't truly wireless. Occasionally the wires catch on the collar of my jacket and dislodge the earbuds, etc. I anticipate carrying the SoundBuds Life as a backup when I need to charge the T30Vs, but after using the T30Vs, it is clear the T30Vs are going to become my go to bluetooth from here out.Another thing I need to mention here when talking about comfort is stability. I have sent back several pairs of totally wireless earbuds over the past month because they wouldn't stay securely in my ears. It doesn't matter how got they sound or how long the battery lasts if they don't stay in your ears. One pair in particular made by a company named Willful were decent earbuds, but twice they fell out of my ears during breakfast and earbuds and omelettes don't mix well. The T30Vs fit comfortably and it only requires you figuring out which of the 3 sizes or silicone tips results in the most comfortable/secure fit. I've found that I can put these earbuds in and they stay secure and comfortable for extended wear.Battery Life:The battery life for these earbuds is on the high end. More than comparable with Apple Airpods or others. I'm getting the stated 5.5 hours of continuous listening time on a single charge and the charging case provides several additional charges for a total of about 60 hours. The battery case is a little larger than the battery case for Apple Airpods and results in a larger bulge when inserted in the front pocket of a pair of jeans. However, I've found it fits just right in the watch pocket of my jeans. The charging case will also fit easily in a backpack or computer bag. Some reviews I read indicated that the earbuds, when put in the charging case didn't stay in place and dislodged from the charging case which caused them to connect back to the cellphone when not intended. I don't know if Lasuney has modified the charging case, but with the charging case I received, the magnetic connections snap into place pretty soundly and I've turned the case upside down while opened and shook it vigorously and they stay in place. So, I don't see this as an issue. Lastly, charging is quick. You can fully charge the earbuds in the charging case in one hour and fully charge the charging case via the included micro-USB cable in three hours..and, BTW, the charging case has a matte black finish. So, it is not a fingerprint magnet as some shiny charging cases I've encountered.Controls:Controls have been an issue with the various truly wireless earbuds I've tried. I tried Apple Airpods and I don't like touch controls because I would inadvertently touch the earbud unintentionally and pause music or do something that I didn't want to do. I was especially disheartened with the fact that most totally wireless earbuds don't offer volume control on the earbuds. If you have to reach in your pocket or in your belt holster and pull out your cellphone to adjust the volume, then it really isn't hands free. I realize that voice controls can adjust volume but on a train or plane, I really don't want to be saying, "OK Google, Set volume to 6." By comparison, I can do that with these, but the T30Vs also have a real, tactile button on each earpiece. It takes a little bit of time to master the commands but once you do, you can control most everything right from the earbuds:- Activate/Deactivate SIRI/Google Assistant by double-click of left or right button.- Volume Up by triple-click of left button. (This command works but is not documented in the included User Manual).- Volume Down by triple-click of right button. (This command works but is not documented in the included User Manual).- Previous Track by long press of left button.- Next Track by long press of right button.- Pause/Resume by single click of left or right button.- Answer/End Call by single click of left or right button. (Streaming audio will automatically pause during class).- Reject Incoming Call by long double-click of left or right button. Conclusion:For the price (under $40), you can't beat these totally wireless earbuds. They sound good, they stay connected, they're comfortable and the battery lasts well. THEY WORK!One last thing I want to mention is that you can use these earbuds as a stereo pair or you can use either the right or left earbud individually. So, giving up the stereo effect, you could basically get virtually unlimited continuous audio streaming by using one earbud, switching to the other when the first one runs out of power and then switching back to the recharged earbud...Not something I plan to do, but it is possible.
