You probably know this is supposed to increase testosterone. Well, I would sure say that it does! I took a couple of large doses the first day, just to see what I could feel from it. I took a teaspoon in the morning and in the evening with a protein shake. Wow! Let's just say I could really tell a difference that night!! I'm female, but I've had hormonal imbalances for 30 years, too much estrogen, and too little progesterone and now testosterone, and it's created a lot of misery and discomfort. I would say that this definitely works for increasing testosterone! I'm someone who's usually skeptical of new things, and I don't expect to notice an immediate difference. I'm always surprised when I do. As far as taste goes, I'd say it's a mild, nutty flavor. It mixes just fine in a protein shake or protein pudding, as I like to make. It's not super noticeable, and certainly not unpleasant. You could probably just mix a dose with a little bit of water and down it really quick if you wanted to without any problem. I'd say it's a great adaptogen and a great testosterone booster!

I am extremely impressed with this product. 1/4 teaspoon and I am off and going. I mix it with a small amount of whole milk and use a hand blender to mix it. I detect no taste whatsoever.

I don't know if this stuff really works or not. I got it to use as a substitute when I was taking myself off of a doctor-prescribed amphetamine I wasn't seeing any benefit from. Not wanting to suffer from any of the potential side-effects of going off a medication like that, I did a little web-research and found that this stuff was supposed to prevent them. So I got it. I took it daily after quitting the amphetamine cold-turkey, and suffered no noticeable withdrawal symptoms. And this was the cheapest version of the bean powder out there, so, overall, whether it did its job or not, at least I didn't overpay to give it a try.
