I feel silly giving it a 1 star, but there is a reason...
Regardless of features, all well and good, for sure I would give it 5/5, but the single most important aspect of this keyboard is lacking completely. I am pianist having used Roland and Yamaha keyboards all my life with no issues. I bought this one and it just doesn't cut it at all. nowhere near it. The feel is terribly spongy but the worst thing is the velocity sensitivity is completely trash, it's all over the place. You have to whack it so hard to get maximum. Now, I have always used a linear velocity curve and it works fine on all my piano VSTi's using Roland and/or Yamaha weighted 88 note keyboards. This Fatar keyboard feels cheap and spongey. I have tried for hours tweaking NI Noire, Steinberg's Grand 3 and even Ivory 2 and I cannot get it anywhere a feel I can work creatively with. I am amazed how Arturia have completely missed this. Their 61 unweighted note version is great, but as a pro bit of kit, this isn't at all. If you're a pianist then stay away and choose a Yamaha who have been in the business for decades making keyboards by comparison with their acoustic instruments. I am going to sell this keyboard, it's of no use, c.£700 wasted and it's actually depressing me too. Sorry Arturia, you make so many awesome products, I'm a fan, but this one is a complete failure. Pretty lights and functionality are not priority on a weighted action keyboard.
