Sports Medica Floss Band

My massage therapist (who is an anatomy geek) recommended these to me, so I bought a pair. Holy cow! They're WAY better than foam rollers or even a deep tissue massage for loosening up muscles and breaking up adhesions! They have totally changed my life. I gave a pair to my trainer and both he and his wife are hooked on them too. So are my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, and a friend who suffers from joint problems.Yes, I've given a ton of these to everyone I know. They're THAT good.

Between this and elbow sleeves my golfers elbow has almost pretty much gone away. No matter how much rest I would take nothing helped until I tried this. Wear my elbow sleeves during my lift and use this after. Your elbow pain will be minimal very soon.

Seems to be improving mobility in injured elbow! Love it!

too early to tell. Wanted to use to decrease thumb discomfort. Not sure if it is better. It seems to be.

I am really glad I found this voodoo floss! It helped improve the movement of my ankle. I injured it a few years ago and wearing it and doing exercises has really helped. I've also used it to help my muscles after exercising. It feels so relaxing after removing. It really doesn't pull out hair either!
