Easy to assemble, comfortable, quality office chair

Great chair. Good quality for the price. Easy to assemble, though I would recommend putting one side on first, the back pierce, and the other side piece last. Easier this way than what the instructions ask for.My only complaint is using fedex for shipping. I have never had good experience with them delivering anything to my apartment, and this time was no different. After several phone calls I had to have it delivered to my dads house. The driver keeps saying no one was home when we were home every time. Id recommend ups for me to order anything from you guys again

This chair had great reviews, maybe I just got a dud but it's horrible. The base is rusted, the chair leans forward, the backrest is uneven and does not attach to the seat evenly. The holes are not drilled properly. The filling is not full and it has dips. It's very narrow. The zippers are broken either not closing or missing handles. I don't know how this left the warehouse in this condition. I would not recommend nor purchase. I'm trying to get my money back and this thing returned. Terrible product. I'll keep you updated on customer service.
