This product is to help soothe and relax the vaginal muscles, which in turn, helps your pelvis work better in many ways. I coordinate a few days out of the week and take my time while slowly switching from one side to the other.

I ordered this as I’ve been looking at this for months and decided to pull the trigger. I graduated PT pretty quickly but life got in the way and I slipped up on my exercises and breathing which caused a tight pelvic floor again. This tool has completely changed this. I will say I learned how to release these muscles effectively through PT which has made this product super easy to use. But you must keep up on the strengthening and proper breathing. This tool is great, I think every woman should have one, it releases tension and the trigger point on the end is perfect.
